RFI / EMI Shielding Coatings
Conductive coatings are protective lacquers with electrically conductive materials such as aluminium, copper and nickel impregnated within.
They are used on non-conducting casing materials of everyday items like mobile phones, laptops, aeroplanes, cars, instrumentation and drives, and any other electronics that have to shield their sensitive electronic devices from radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
Epoxy Potting Compounds
These thick film encapsulating and potting coatings are applied at greater than 250um in thickness.
The range of applications for the epoxies includes protection of sensitive electronic components from impact, shock, vibration, heat, conductivity, moisture, chemicals. Some products are pigmented to hide the circuitry and others are translucent to allow visual inspection.
Specialist Greases and Lubricants
This full range of materials can provide lubrication by reducing friction, improve electrical and thermal connections, dissipate heat and provide moisture, oxidation and corrosion protection on moving (sliding) surfaces and non-moving surfaces and parts.
Adhesives
Silicone adhesive sealants are one part materials that require no mixing and utilise either atmospheric moisture or heat to cure, and offer primer less adhesion to many substrates.
One-Part products can be precisely dispensed with automated or manual equipment as Formed-in-place Gasket, Sealants, Structural Adhesives and Protective Coatings.
